Poems in Swedish Translation

I am delighted to share that the newly published issue of the Swedish literary magazine Glänta (1.26) features my poems “Mi legyen,” “Szellős,” and “Hold tűje” in Swedish translation. I am deeply grateful to William Csergö for his translation work.

The poem “Mi legyen” can also be read here in Hungarian. All three poems published in Swedish are included in last year’s poetry collection Szeleknek fordít, which has been shortlisted for the Esterházy Literary Prize.

Krisztina Tóth’s play The Bat was also presented in the United States. It was originally published in 2019 as a supplement to Jelenkor, and first staged in 2021. he New York–based New Stage company used this translation, published by Bloomsbury, for the American premiere on March 20.
