JÁRVÁNYMESE

A PANDEMIC TALE

Krisztina Tóth’s „A Pandemic Tale, featuring wonderful illustrations by Kinga Václav and Gábor Gyenes, are for all children and parents who love stories and enjoy escaping to a magical world that makes everyday life seem brighter.

The story helps children of all ages and their parents cope more easily with the negative feelings, fears, anxieties and many other things caused by a pandemic. Things that we do not always dare talk about, or even know how to talk about openly.

Krisztina Tóth wrote the story for her eight-year-old daughter to help her understand the invisible danger that makes us feel safe only when we are locked in our homes.

It is very important for children to be able to talk openly about what is happening in the world in order to dispel their fear of the unknown. Stories are very often the best way to make the world understandable to them.
